They seem to like taking lots of your money to tell stories later that are different from what services were promised after used motor issues arise afterwards, but will give you assurance next time will be better for thousands more?!? That’s not how warranty was explained before agreeing to use them.

Friendly staff, but much too expensive. Had to take in the truck twice both times for the breaks.

Very kind. Took care of all of my car needs as well as educated me. Nick even helped with recommendations of a dealership to buy a new car because of my bad hybrid battery.

My experience with the shop has been an amazing. Nick and his polite and knowledgeable staff were patient and professional. They gave me the best price in the area and also showed me they took the time took get the job done right the first time. This place is incredible! Nick is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. He fixes your issue without up charging you and gets the job done. I was scammed by the Chevy dealerships out of 1000s of dollars, and they never fixed the issue! This place solved all of my problems and my car is riding better than ever before! After moving to a new area and looking for a reliable shop, we find London Bridge. They took great care of me and my wife with our van and truck. They didn’t overcharge and are fast. If you want to get your vehicle taken care of by a trusted shop and not be overcharged or ripped off, I recommend London Bridge. We have gone there 3 different time for completely different issues dealing with brakes, sharp plugs and blown fuses. Thanks again, London Bridge.

Honest and trustworthy people

I found London Bridge Auto and Transmission Repair through yelp and needed to have a vibration diagnosed on my truck. Nick and Mike were happy to answer my emails beforehand about the specifics of the issue and set a time for me to bring it to their shop for a free diagnosis.

After the diagnosis, Nick explained to me what the issue was and what I would need to fix it. He didn’t push his services or his shop to conduct the repairs ever during the transaction allowing me to make my own decision on different quotes or DIY.

When I left the shop, I believe I picked up a flat tire from a screw and only made it less than a mile down the road. I called the shop and Nick not only sent help but plugged the tire free of charge. Great shop, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

I had a problem with my 06 bentley and they looked it over. Although they were unable to fix the problem .they called some other repair garages and set me up for appointment. I went to pay the bill and they said no charge, they refused a tip that i offered. they called me afterward to see if i was able to get problem fixed. These people are honest, and caring and i will take my other cars and recommend them to my family and friends.

I found London Bridge Auto and Transmission Repair after the starter in my Land Cruiser let me down 220 miles or so from home. Nick and his team were very helpful throughout the repair and even offered towing recommendations. Nick kept me informed of their progress and had the car ready for pick-up when he said it would be ready. Starter failures on Land Cruisers are inevitable, so repair charges are readily available on certain forums. Their charges were within, but on the low end of the ranges I have read online. I was very comfortable with Nick and his team throughout this repair and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!
