Bought a mustang from a dealership and turned out to be a dud. They got me in right after I spoke on the phone about what I thought was a bad water pump, turned out to be a cracked thermo housing. Hit a pothole a couple of weeks later and thought my rack and pinion were shot, no they found out my bearings and shocks were bad, they also found a few other bad things going on. Both times I dropped my car off, they had my car ready for me the following day. Absolutely fast and reliable work. I live nearly 40 minutes away, but it’s well worth a drive knowing these professionals are going to take good care of my car. I further plan on taking my mustang and any other vehicle in the future to this auto shop.

It is my pleasure to post a glowing review, for London Bridge Auto and Transmission. I recently I had a starter, inspection and a few other items put in my 2007 Cadillac, by these knowledgeable folks. Jared, the owner, was very nice and accommodating. My mechanic Pat was thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me, which I greatly appreciated. You are taken care of, they are honest, and respect your time. It is so nice to know, I have a trustworthy place I can go with my beautiful car. Thank you, Jared and Pat.

I never make reviews, but for the amazing service I received at London Bridge Auto, it’s worth my time! I called to make an appointment, and they got me right in! I believe the lady who helped me the entire time was named Amy. She was super friendly and very sweet. I typically feel uneasy bringing my car into a shop and trying to explain what is wrong, but Amy was extremely welcoming and patient with me. The waiting area is super cozy and clean, too, which is a plus. They have nice furniture, a flat screen TV, toys for kids, and a little coffee area. The bathroom is also really clean and nice. Amy called to explain to me what was wrong with my car and how they fixed it. Most car shops, in my opinion, try their hardest to make the most money out of you, not this shop! I will definitely be bringing my car here for now on. 10/10 review from me, and a big thanks to Amy and the mechanics. (I really hope her name was Amy, lol)

Service was great. Maintenance request was quoted, appointment made, completed on time, and price was reasonable.

I have used London Bridge Auto and Transmission repair two times in the last year. Once for my husband’s truck and once for my own car. Each time, they have gone above and beyond in terms of communication and service. With my husband away for work, I have only ever worked with them on my own, and they have been more than patient explaining what is going on and being honest of what the repair should be. I can’t say this enough, but the honesty and service level is so refreshing. We are now forever customers and will be recommending anyone and everyone!

It’s by happenstance that I discovered this Auto shop. I’ve been a loyal customer since then. Their work is outstanding, and the prices are too.

They are honest and straight forward. Won’t take my cars anywhere else.

Service: Steering/Suspension

I thought my transmission had gone out. I called and Tyler had me to have my truck sent to them. They checked it out, and it was the drive shaft and throttle señores. Tyler called and told me to explain to me about it, so I told him to go ahead and fix it. Tyler called after it was finished. Over all, Tyler is very nice and helpful and very, very professional. I recommend my friend to take her car to them, and she is and will be recommending others. Thank you TylerServices: Steering/Suspension, check engine light diagnostic.

This has got to be the best Auto & repair shop I have experience in my over 30+ years of driving. My husband’s 14yr old truck is running like new money after they’ve worked on it. Fair pricing with military discounts has got us sold for life!! We don’t plan on going anywhere else as long as they are around!!

Never mind my first post, I acted out of pure emotion because as a black man I don’t want to feel like I’ve been overcharged based on my race, and because I thought my friend was fired unfairly, I’m not playing the race card, but it does happen that way. I think they are a good auto mechanic shop as long as everyone is on the same page. Sorry for any confusion on my part. I will square up my bill as soon as possible.

Took my 02 GTI in for a heater core replacement and those VWs require special G12 coolant and this shop just put regular ole green coolant in my car …

Great auto shop, reasonable price and stand behind their work.

Had my Chevy Silverado transmission rebuilt there, and also got my Jeep differentials serviced. Good people and good quality service. They actually rebuild the transmissions there onsite, versus swapping it out for a remanufactured one. They back up their work with a good warranty.

Unfortunately I have replaced two transmissions from two cars and if I had to do it again it would be with London Bridge because of Amy and her excellent customer service and when they say that they’re going to finish your car on a certain day they.will….

My husband’s Equinox needed a new headlamp, so I decided to have both replaced and had my son follow me so that I could drop the car off for repair. Amy, the Service Manager, let me know that it could be done while I waited, even though it was about an hour to closing time. They had the part ordered and installed while I waited. I was so pleased. This is the second time we have used London Bridge Auto and Transmission Repair. We are happy customers who will be back! Highly Recommend and thank you, Amy, for all the great customer service!
