Great Service! Explained all aspects of the work being done. They did not do anything to my vehicle with consulting me. I had a rear end and transmission rebuilt. I’m a customer for life!

My experience with this shop was phenomenal. Honest diagnosis at a fair price! By the way, everything my suv needed work on was fixed and back on the road with a 1 day turnaround! Again, phenomenal service!

I loathe car maintenance bc most shops see a female and try to take advantage. I initially went to Meinike and asked for a quote for all new brakes/rotors. They were super shady in that they wouldn’t provide anything on paper and made me drop my car off for a brake inspection. A few hour later, they called me w a verbal quote of $3k, to include items that I didn’t need. They said $1500 for brakes/rotors, $530 for spark plugs that I don’t need, $1000 for new tires and cabin/oil filter, etc. I told them I’d already ordered tires, which is why I only asked for a quote for brakes/rotors. They kept trying to upsell me throughout the day and make me pull the trigger when I kept insisting that I wanted to get other quotes.

I called London B and they immediately gave me a quote, no prob. Asked if they could book an appt, super easy drop off, no upselling. $950 for all new brakes/rotors and even did my state inspection. Super fast checkout. THIS IS GOLD STANDARD and I will only bring my vehicles here in the future.

Moral of the story: be upfront w your pricing and do what is asked. Customers don’t have time to go get competitor quotes and then come back to you bc you claim you’ll match them. That’s a great way to lose business.

Honestly the best mechanic and shop that i’ve ever gone to. Both my wife and I go here for all car related things. Always been very upfront and honest about why things may need to be fixed, the price always matches the amount of work without overcharging. Owner is extremely kind as well as super quick with replying to quotes from yelp. 10/10!

These guys are my new go-to for state inspections. No crazy charges, easy to work with. Will definitely be bringing all our vehicles here for service.

I take all of my vehicles there. They have always given me great service! Recommend 10/10

They initially put the transmission back and caused it to leak. Had to replace a seal. Didn’t attach the battery all the way. Also now the car runs very loud and it doesn’t seem to have any get up and go and they say nothing is wrong. Let’s hope this 6000 plus transmission holds up!

Diagnosed the issue immediately and found the best options and price to immediately fix the issues. Excellent experience!
